Free coins at Chumba: the welcome offer, the daily bonus and 5 SC entries

The welcome offer: 2,000,000 Gold Coins plus 2 free Sweeps Coins

Chumba's purchase page, in an archived copy of 28 January 2026, offered new players “2,000,000 Gold Coins plus 2 FREE Sweeps Coins”, together with the Daily Login Bonus. The Terms and Conditions 27.0 back the Sweeps Coin part in their definitions, which say Sweeps Coins are given free on sign-up.

The live purchase page did not open for us on 11 September 2026, so the offer today may differ from the archived one. Treat the figure as dated.

What the welcome coins are worth follows from the coins themselves:

• 2,000,000 Gold Coins have no monetary value and can only be played in Standard Play (T&C 27.0, definitions).
• 2 Sweeps Coins must be played through once before they count toward a redemption (SR 26.0, 4.6), and they sit far below the 100 SC redemption floor (SR 26.0, 6.5).

In other words, the welcome offer is a starting balance for play. It becomes cash only after play, more coins and a verified account.

‘$100 free play’ and ‘$1 for $60’: what the documents show

People look for two offers above all: a ‘$100 free play’ deal and a ‘$1 for $60’ deal. We checked every Chumba document available to us as of 11 September 2026:

• Terms and Conditions 27.0 and Sweeps Rules 26.0 (both 13 July 2026)
• Customer Acceptance Policy 9.0 (28 August 2025) and Responsible Social Gameplay Policy 4.0 (10 July 2025)
• The purchase, redemption, verification and about-us pages, in archived copies from January to March 2026
• The App Store and Google Play listings for Chumba Lite and Chumba Casino Mini (11 September 2026)

Neither offer appears in any of them. The welcome offer quoted above is the only sign-up figure in the documents.

The one purchase-linked offer the rules describe is clause 3.2(a): Sweeps Coins as a bonus on specifically marked Gold Coin packs, with the amount shown in the purchase window. The rules give no pack price and no ratio. If you see a bundle advertised elsewhere, the purchase window inside Chumba is the only place the rules say bonus amounts appear. Nothing on this site asks you to type anything in to get coins, at Chumba or anywhere else.

Four free routes to Sweeps Coins

Beyond the welcome offer, clause 3.2 of the Sweeps Rules 26.0 lists four ways Sweeps Coins reach an account without a separate purchase of them:

Only the entry request fixes a number, and it is the one route that needs neither a purchase nor luck in a giveaway. How each coin works once it lands, including the 60-day expiry, is on Chumba gold coins and Sweeps Coins.

The 5 SC online entry request

The entry request in clause 3.2(d) is Chumba's no-purchase route in its purest form. You reveal a unique Entry Request Template inside your account, copy it by hand in black or blue pen onto a blank, unlined, unfolded 4”×6” card or white paper, photograph it in the app, and pass a human check, plus a selfie check if prompted. Each valid request pays 5 SC (clause 3.2(d)(vi)).

The arithmetic follows from two clauses. At 5 SC a request and a 100 SC floor, 20 valid requests reach 100 SC before any play, and the coins still need their one playthrough. The full count is on twenty entry requests.

Until 2026 this route went by post. Sweeps Rules 21.0 of 30 December 2025 still gave a PO box and a Postal Request Code; version 26.0 of 13 July 2026 replaces them with the in-app request, at the same 5 SC. The change is set out on the mail-in route post.

What free coins are worth once you have them

Free Sweeps Coins follow the same rules as any other Sweeps Coin. Before one becomes a dollar, it has to clear five steps:

1. Play it through once. Clause 4.6 requires one playthrough and allows the operator to ask for up to 20.
2. Reach the floor. Redemptions start at 100 eligible SC (clause 6.5).
3. Keep it alive. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last log-on (T&C 27.0, 8.22).
4. Verify your account. Chumba's help page (archived 7 March 2026) says verification comes before you can redeem any prize; the documents it asks for are on Chumba casino verification.
5. Redeem. Each SC won through play pays US$1, to a bank account, to Skrill or as a Prizeout gift card, with one request per 24 hours (T&C 27.0, 8.15). The rest of the money path is on does Chumba Casino pay real money.

Free Sweeps Coins, like all Promotional Play, are offered only where Chumba runs its sweepstakes, and its own list sits on the Chumba states page.

Free coins at Chumba's sister sites

VGW runs its brands on the same rulebook pattern, so the free routes look alike across them. Global Poker's Sweeps Rules 25.0 (13 July 2026) list the same four routes as Chumba's clause 3.2, including an online entry request worth 5 SC, reached through “Get Coins” and then “Play for Free”. One difference is written into its clause 3.2(c)(iii): the Global Poker Daily Bonus unlocks only once the account has been verified. At Chumba, the rules attach no such condition to the Daily Bonus, though verification still comes before any redemption.

LuckyLand Slots ran the same pattern too. Its Sweeps Rules 31.0 (13 July 2026, archived 7 September 2026) carry a Daily Bonus once per 24 hours, Facebook giveaways and a 5 SC online entry request with no postal address, alongside a lower redemption floor of 50 SC. CasinoBeats reported on 28 July 2026 that LuckyLand Slots is closing, with access and redemptions ending 14 September 2026, so its free routes are winding down with it. Players who liked both brands will find the options compared on casinos like Chumba and LuckyLand.

Two points carry over from the sister sites to Chumba. Free coins sit in one account on one brand: a Chumba balance stays at Chumba. And the 5 SC value per online request is the same across the VGW rulebooks read in September 2026.

Sign-up, daily and mail-in coins at Chumba casino alternatives

Other sweepstakes casinos hand out free coins on the same three occasions: at sign-up, every day, and by a free-entry request. Their own documents print these figures; none of these brands was played or redeemed by us, and no codes are involved in any of them.

Three patterns stand out. First, 5 coins per request is the high end: Chumba, Global Poker, Stake.us and Zula pay 5, and Fortune Wins pays 500 FC, which its own rate makes US$5. Second, Chumba and Global Poker, both VGW brands, have moved free entry online, while most others still use the post. Third, a posted request can take a while to land: Jackpota's help centre (27 August 2026) and PlayFame's (3 August 2026) both say mailed envelopes can take up to 3 months to credit, and RealPrize's rules allow up to 20 days.

The daily bonus is where brands differ most. Jackpota prints a ceiling of 2.50 SC a day; Fortune Wins, Zula and Moonspin pay one only when your balance is low; Chumba and High 5 leave the amount unprinted.

Before you chase a free-coin offer

A few checks save time, whichever site you use:

• Read the amount where it is printed. For Chumba, that is the entry request (5 SC) and the welcome offer as archived; the daily amount lives only in the app.
• Count to the floor. Free coins pay out only past the minimum: 100 SC at Chumba, 50 at Global Poker or WOW Vegas, 75 at Jackpota.
• Verify early. Every operator above reserves identity checks before a prize is paid.
• Watch the 60-day clocks. Chumba, WOW Vegas, Zula, Jackpota, Moonspin and High 5 all expire prize coins after 60 days of inactivity of one kind or another.
• Skip code pages. None of the routes on this page needs a code, and this site publishes none.
