VGW and owner groups
Who VGW Runs Besides Chumba, and Which Groups Own Several Sweeps Brands
VGW's own site listed five brands on 11 September 2026: Chumba Casino, Global Poker, LuckyLand Casino, Monopoly Match and LuckyLand Slots, which the trade press reports shuts on 14 September 2026. A sister site shares Chumba's owner and rulebook style, while your account, coins and any self-exclusion stay with the brand that holds them.
Chumba casino sister sites on VGW's own list
VGW's corporate site, vgw.co, is the plainest source for Chumba casino sister sites. Its navigation, read on 11 September 2026, lists five brands: Monopoly Match, Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, Global Poker and LuckyLand Casino. The same menu names two VGW game studios, Golden Feather Studios and Hot Sauce Studios, and ties neither to a particular brand.
| Brand | Status on 11 September 2026 | Company in its documents | Document read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chumba Casino | Live | VGW Malta Limited (C74706); sweepstakes run by VGW Games Limited (C76814) | Terms and Conditions 27.0 and Sweeps Rules 26.0, both 13 July 2026 |
| Global Poker | Live | VGW GP Limited (C78260); sweepstakes run by VGW Games Limited | Terms and Conditions 25.2 (7 April 2026); Sweeps Rules 25.0 (13 July 2026) |
| LuckyLand Casino | Live; VGW launch post dated 12 December 2025 | Rules still to be read | vgw.co post title and sitemap date |
| LuckyLand Slots | Reported closing: access and redemptions end 14 September 2026 | VGW Luckyland, Inc. | Terms of Service 25.0 (24 November 2025); Sweeps Rules 31.0 (13 July 2026) |
| Monopoly Match | Listed on vgw.co | Documents still to be read | vgw.co navigation |
VGW's article pages returned the homepage to us, so for LuckyLand Casino we have the post title and its sitemap date, 12 December 2025, rather than the post itself. The LuckyLand Slots dates come from trade press, and our short note LuckyLand gone, Chumba stays keeps the timeline.
Chumba's own footer adds a second clue. On the version published 10 September 2026, it names four payment agents: VGW Holdings Pty Ltd, VGW Malta Holding Limited, VGW Luckyland Inc and VGW Financial Services USA Inc. The last name is new against the footer of February 2026. A LuckyLand company handling payments on a Chumba page is the group structure, seen from the player's side.
What sister means in Chumba's own terms
Chumba's Terms and Conditions 27.0 (13 July 2026) define the family in one line: “VGW Group… means VGW Canada, VGW Games, VGW Malta, VGW GP and our affiliates and related parties.” Global Poker's Terms and Conditions 25.2 carry the same definition word for word. LuckyLand Slots' Terms of Service 25.0 define its platform as any URL or app “belonging to, or licensed to, VGW Group”.
Chumba and Global Poker also share a sweepstakes sponsor: VGW Games Limited, named in section 2 of both sets of Sweeps Rules. Both operating companies give the same Malta address, Trident Park in Birkirkara. LuckyLand Slots was the odd one out, with VGW Luckyland, Inc. as operator and sponsor and a US address in its rules.
The licence line follows the same pattern. Chumba's Terms 27.0 print MGA/B2C/188/2010, dated 1 August 2018 and held by VGW Games “to operate the Promotional Play Games”. That number is printed by VGW; the Malta Gaming Authority register did not confirm it for us. The background on the companies is on what Chumba Casino is.
So at VGW the word sister is written down: a named group, named member companies and a shared sponsor. The other groups below leave that link for the reader to piece together from addresses and operator lines.
What sister sites share and what stays separate
VGW's rulebooks are built on one template. The clause numbers match across brands, and so does most of the wording. The table puts three of them side by side.
| Rule | Chumba Casino | Global Poker | LuckyLand Slots |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sweeps Coin value | US$1 (SR 26.0 cl. 4.4) | US$1 (SR 25.0 cl. 4.4) | US$1 (SR 31.0 cl. 4.4) |
| Redemption minimum | 100 SC (cl. 6.5) | 50 SC (cl. 6.5) | 50 SC (cl. 6.5) |
| Playthrough | 1×, up to 20× (cl. 4.6) | 1×, up to 20× (cl. 4.6) | 1×, up to 20× (cl. 4.6) |
| Online entry request | 5 SC (cl. 3.2(d)) | 5 SC (cl. 3.2(d)) | 5 SC (cl. 3.2(d)(vi)) |
| Bank payment time | Up to 10 business days (T&C 8.16) | Up to 10 business days (T&C 8.16) | Up to 10 business days (ToS 8.16) |
| Extra identity checks | Above US$2,000 (T&C 9.3) | Above US$2,000 (T&C 9.3) | At or above US$2,000 (ToS 9.3) |
| Minimum age | 21 | 21 | 21 |
The shared parts are the mechanics: how a coin is valued, how many times it must be played, how free entry works and how long a bank payment can take. The separate parts are the ones that touch your money. Each brand has its own terms, its own account and its own balance, and the minimum differs: Chumba asks for 100 SC, while Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots set 50.
The VGW documents we read describe no way to move Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins from one brand to another. Coins earned at Chumba stay at Chumba, on Chumba's clock: Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last log-on (T&C 27.0 cl. 8.22). A sister brand means a separate account, with its own verification under its own terms. How a Chumba redemption runs, clock by clock, is on the Chumba redemption page.
A self-exclusion at Chumba stays at Chumba
This is the clause that matters most for anyone eyeing a sister site after a break. Chumba's Responsible Social Gameplay Policy 4.0 (10 July 2025) offers self-exclusion under clause 4.2 for six months, one year, three years, five years or indefinitely. Clause 4.2(h) then says the exclusion applies only to the site where you requested it, and leaves sister sites in the same group outside it.
The same clause gives the fix: contact support and ask for the exclusion to cover every VGW brand. Clause 4.2(g), just above it, reminds you that Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days and suggests redeeming a redeemable balance before you set an exclusion.
The order that follows from the policy is simple. Redeem what you can, set the exclusion, then ask support to extend it across the group. What each option costs, including the forfeit in T&C 27.0 cl. 5.13 when you close an account, is on closing your Chumba account. If a break is about more than money, the National Council on Problem Gambling answers at 1-800-GAMBLER.
Chumba casino sister sites and other owner groups: the map
VGW is one of several groups running more than one sweepstakes brand. The map below uses only company names printed in each brand's own terms, rules or site footer, with the version and read date. WB means the text came from a Wayback Machine capture of the operator's page, because the live page was blocked or blank from our location.
| Company as printed | Brands | What links them | Documents and dates |
|---|---|---|---|
| VGW Group (VGW Malta, VGW GP, VGW Games, VGW Luckyland) | Chumba Casino, Global Poker, LuckyLand Casino, LuckyLand Slots, Monopoly Match | Written group definition; shared sponsor | Chumba T&C 27.0 (13 July 2026); Global Poker T&C 25.2 (7 April 2026); vgw.co, read 11 September 2026 |
| B-Two Operations Limited (Isle of Man, 021483V) | McLuck, Hello Millions, SpinBlitz | Named as operator in each brand's terms or footer | McLuck ToS 2.4 (28 August 2025, WB 28 January 2026); Hello Millions ToS 2.1 (28 August 2025, WB 12 March 2026); SpinBlitz ToS 1.5 footer (WB 3 December 2024) |
| PlayFame Operations Limited, with B-Two Operations and B2 Services OÜ as payment agents | PlayFame | Same payment agents as the B-Two brands | PlayFame ToS 2.3 (28 August 2025, WB 5 March 2026) |
| MW Services Limited (Gibraltar) and WOWCom Services Inc | WOW Vegas, Rolla | Both define their platform as belonging to MW Services Group | WOW Vegas T&C 9.0 (23 July 2026); Rolla T&C 2.0 (28 November 2025); both read 11 September 2026 |
| REALPLAY TECH INC, software by Realplay Ltd | RealPrize, LoneStar Casino | Same operator line; same clause numbers and wording | RealPrize GTC 2.4 (15 September 2025, WB 30 April 2026); LoneStar GTC 1.2 (15 September 2025, WB 19 May 2026) |
| A1 Development LLC | Funrize, NoLimitCoins | Same company; same Casper mailing box, PMB 90122 | Terms of Use version 2.0 at both, read 11 September 2026 |
| Social Gaming LLC and SCPS LLC | Fortune Wins (formerly Fortune Coins), Zula Casino | Same Wilmington street address, 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111; neighbouring Thornhill mail-in boxes 173 and 170 | Fortune Wins T&C 4.8 (31 July 2026); Zula T&C 2.4 (31 July 2026); both read 11 September 2026 |
A few details sit behind the rows. McLuck, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz all list B2 Services OÜ of Tallinn (16579410) as payment services agent in their footers. WOW Vegas's terms 8.0 of 27 November 2025 also named WOW Services Limited of the Isle of Man; version 9.0 drops it. RealPrize and LoneStar print every clause under the same number and in the same words, apart from the mail-in address, and both set a US$100 cash minimum and a US$45 gift-card minimum.
Fortune Wins and Zula are two company names on one template. Both put a daily figure in the redemption minimum clause, 5,000 FC at Fortune Wins and 50 Sweeps Coins at Zula, and both pay a daily bonus only when your balance falls below a threshold. Read that as a strong clue rather than a stated group, because neither brand names the other.
Shared addresses are a clue, not proof
Five companies in the documents we read give one registered office: Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.
| Company | Brand | Source |
|---|---|---|
| B-Two Operations Limited (021483V) | McLuck, Hello Millions | Terms of Service preambles, 28 August 2025 |
| LuminaryPlay Operations Limited (021860V) | Mega Bonanza | ToS 2.6 footer (WB 18 May 2026) |
| Silver Social Operations Limited (021651V) | Jackpota | Site footer, read 11 September 2026 |
| Play Spree Ltd (021218V) | Spree | ToS 1.7.1 footer (WB 30 April 2026) |
| PlayFame Operations Limited (021484V) | PlayFame | ToS 2.3 footer (WB 5 March 2026) |
A registered office is where a company receives official post, and one office can serve many separate companies. The five documents name no common parent. Two small technical signs point the same way: Jackpota's page code loads a tracking host on b2servicesou.com, and PlayFame names B-Two Operations as a payment agent. That is as far as the documents go.
The Wilmington address shared by Fortune Wins and Zula works the same way. The address and the template match, and the company names differ.
Brands with a single operator in what we read
Many brands that readers set against Chumba name an operator that runs no other brand in our files. A new document can change that, so the table carries dates.
| Brand | Operator as printed | Document and date |
|---|---|---|
| Stake.us | Sweepsteaks Limited (Cyprus, HE436222) | Terms and Conditions 18.0, 10 July 2026 |
| High 5 Casino | High 5 Entertainment, LLC | Terms of Use 45.0, 26 June 2026 |
| Pulsz | Yellow Social Interactive Limited (Gibraltar, 119215) | Terms of Use 5.2, 1 September 2026 |
| Crown Coins Casino | Sunflower Limited | Terms of Service 1.0, 16 July 2024 (newest capture) |
| Modo.us | ARB Gaming, LLC | Official Rules, 29 May 2026 |
| Dara Casino | Gateway Guardian Administrators, LLC | Sweepstake Rules 6.4, effective 14 July 2026 |
| Moonspin | Solar Bloom LLC | Terms and Conditions, 14 July 2026 |
| Legendz | Platinum Panther Ltd (Malta, C111924) | Site footer (WB 4 August 2025) |
Stake.us is a sweepstakes site run by Sweepsteaks Limited. Stake.com is a different business. Crown Coins' row rests on 2024 documents, the newest we could find, so its current operator line may read differently.
What a shared owner means when you choose
Four practical points follow from the documents.
- Rules travel with the group. Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots run Chumba's clause numbers, so a Chumba player already knows most of their rules. WOW Vegas and Rolla share a template, and so do RealPrize and LoneStar.
- Accounts stay separate. Each brand is a new account, a new verification and a new coin balance.
- Exclusions stay separate unless you ask. At VGW that is RSG 4.0 cl. 4.2(h); check the matching clause at any other group before you assume anything.
- Availability is set brand by brand. Each brand's terms say where it runs, and our Chumba Casino states page keeps those lists in one place.
If you want something outside VGW's template, the owner map is a shortcut: pick from a different row. Our full list of Chumba casino alternatives compares them on coins, redemption and free entry, and our method page explains how each figure was read. LuckyLand Slots players will find the closure and the balance steps on casinos like Chumba and LuckyLand.
